Lake Arrowhead Village Unveils Renovation and Enhancement Plan for 2025

Lake Arrowhead, CA — Lake Arrowhead Village, the beloved shopping, dining, and entertainment destination nestled in the scenic San Bernardino Mountains, is proud to announce an exciting series of renovations and upgrades launching in late April 2025. These projects reaffirm the Village’s commitment to a vibrant, welcoming, and memorable experience for visitors and the community year-round. 

Key highlights of the 2025 renovation program include: 

• Peninsula Level Common Area Transformation:The common area from the existing Center Stage to the peninsula will bereimagined. Aging asphalt walkways will be replaced with new pavers,complemented by new landscaping, upgraded lighting, and new gathering areasfeaturing trellises, comfortable seating, and cozy outdoor fireplaces — perfectfor relaxing, dining, and socializing.

• Building Exterior Repairs and Improvements:Recognizing the toll mountain weather can take on exterior finishes, LakeArrowhead Village will start stucco repairs, wood rot restoration, and freshexterior painting across multiple buildings to revitalize and protect theproperty’s charm and character.

• Parking Structure Repairs and Upgrades:The parking deck, at the Stater Brothers and CVS level, will undergo resurfacingto address normal wear and tear. Inside the structure, repairs, fresh paint, andnew directional signage will brighten and refresh the visitor parking experience.

• New Concert Location at the Lakefront:Starting this season, concerts will be held at the end of the peninsula adjacentto the lake. This new location will offer guests spectacular lake views andincreased seating capacity compared to the current Center Stage. It will alsoencourage visitors to explore the full length of the peninsula, passing a vibrantlineup of restaurants and shops along the way.

• New Exterior Signage Program:A redesigned property-wide common area signage program is nearing finaldesign and will be implemented in late 2025 / early 2026. The new signage willenhance wayfinding, improve visibility, and create a cohesive and elevatedaesthetic throughout the Village.

Lake Arrowhead Vintage & Woodie Car Show

Lake Arrowhead Vintage & Woodie Car Show, June 6-8 at the Lake Arrowhead Village! It is a FREE event, with an up-close look fee to enter docks.

Please join us on Lake Arrowhead for our premiere show of the year, and a unique opportunity to boat on this private lake in "the Alps of Southern California."

*Open to the public. Proceeds from public admission to the show will benefit both our Southern California chapter and event host The Rim of the World Historical Society (which is committed to preserving the history of the communities of the San Bernardino Mountains). This show is also your opportunity to have your boat judged by the experts in the club.
